Active Health Solutions is a mobile physical therapy practice providing one-on-one, hour-long sessions in patients’ homes, offices, and gyms. We’re hiring a Physical Therapist in Northern Virginia to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional, relationship-driven care.

Compensation:
- $165 per patient visit
- Earn up to 4x more than traditional outpatient clinics

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia
- Minimum of one year of full-time clinical experience
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine experience preferred, not required
Skills:
- Clinical Expertise – Strong orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills across post-op, wellness, women’s health, and geriatric populations
- Critical Thinking – Ability to assess movement, identify root causes, and build effective treatment plans
- Patient Education – Clear, confident communication that empowers long-term success
- Professional Autonomy – Comfortable managing schedule, documentation, and caseload independently
- Adaptability – Thrives in a mobile care environment with changing settings

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented plans of care
- Deliver hands-on, one-hour treatment sessions in a mobile setting
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment approach, and long-term self-management
- Manage your own caseload and travel efficiently between patient locations
- Collaborate with a network of experienced physical therapists for support and professional growth
