Courage to Run 5k Training Club

Active Health Solutions is beyond excited to be a part of the Courage to Run 5k on September 16th. We have developed a wonderful partnership with MotherNation to develop a training program for our team. The training will include 6 weeks of calculated group runs or walks followed by snacks and water. Can't make it to all 6 weeks? Not a problem! We will help you achieve your goals even if your busy schedule doesn't allow you to exercise every Saturday. All speeds and experience levels welcome!

Our training sessions will include a warm-up, run or walk, and cool-down stretching. If we’re feeling ambitious, we may sneak in a few strengthening exercises ;)

Dates: August 4 - September 8

When: Saturdays @ 7:45am - 9:00am

Where: Constitution Gardens (19th and Constitution)

Why: Our mission is two-fold. First, with Courage to Run, we are celebrating more female involvement in leadership positions. Second, we are encouraging experienced and new athletes to safely prepare for a race in a supportive environment.

How: Sign up through our event page to help us plan for the event. This is a completely free training group. All you need to bring is a pair of athletic shoes and your motivation!
